Shengfeng Precision Sand Casting: In the resin sand casting process, the external shape of the molding sand uses high-standard silica sand and zircon sand mixed with clay. The core sand employs synthetic resin sand and coated sand processes. After compact molding, molten iron is poured, and the rough castings are polished and ground before undergoing heat treatment to produce the casting product.
Materials producible: Common cast iron materials such as HT200, HT250, QT450, QT500.

Shengfeng Precision can produce precision castings - medium-temperature wax molds, low-temperature wax molds, and automatic wax molds; sand castings - shell sand (sand core) molds, molding line molds, sand molds, and wooden molds. The finished mold size inspection is handed over to the foundry workshop. The foundry workshop arranges for casting trials, sand removal, and heat treatment of castings, dimensional inspection, and material inspection of castings, and completes the castings.
